We offer no hassle returns, on all products returned in original condition.
We cannot accept product(s) that have been washed or used.
We cannot accept product(s) that are discontinued or were on sale at time of purchase.
Send us an email to OxStrongSales@gmail.com, include a note detailing your order number, and what you want to be swapped/refunded. We do ask for you to give us 24 to 48 hours to respond to your email. All returns must be made to the following address:

TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
To return or exchange an item, simply return the item to us in their "original condition" with hangtag intact within 14 days of receipt. Delivery charges will not be refunded. Also, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. For purchases after 14 days of receipt, no refunds are issued and you may receive store credit or exchange for a different item.
- In returning your package, please include your name, order #, and whether or not you would like to exchange for another item or receive a refund. Send the item(s) to the address stated above.
- Because your purchase is now your responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our site, unless sent via special delivery.
TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A FAULTY ITEM
If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer support at OxStrongSales@gmail.com with your order number, your name and address, details of the product, why the return is being made, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will assist you on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
YOU DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
If your order has taken longer than a week to arrive from dispatch, feel free to contact us at OxStrongSales@gmail.com and we will be able to inform you further. Please remember that international orders tend to take up to 2 weeks to arrive at its destination.
YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer support at OxStrongSales@gmail.com with your order number, your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then assist you on how to proceed with the return.
